Just a smile!
Has it not felt good when a familiar face smiles at you while passing by. Just a Hi!, Hello!, Good morning/afternoon/evening!, Hows it going? or maybe just a smile. No matter how bad you are feeling that smile makes you forget all your worries for a moment. Is not just the movement of a few face muscles worth it? Smile and spread smiles and make the world a better place to live in :)

It depends on the attitude of both. The other person may not take the smile in the same spirit as you want to deliver. It makes you feel sad.

Well here everyone greets the others with a smile. But i was in an uncomfortable situation when I was in India and myself and the isthriwala were in the elevator and I smiled at him :P
